Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Client Bookings: Coordinate and oversee bookings for premium catering services, canopy rentals, event equipment, and full event management, ensuring seamless execution for all events.
- VIP Concierge Service: Offer personalized assistance to clients, ensuring their event and catering needs are met with attention to detail and high standards.
- Build Client Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and partners to support daily operations and business growth.
- Event Coordination: Oversee and manage event schedules, including catering orders, equipment rentals, and event logistics to ensure flawless execution.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement strategies to achieve and exceed monthly sales targets, driving business growth and revenue.
- Monitor and Respond to Inquiries: Ensure timely responses to client inquiries across all communication channels to maintain excellent customer service.
Requirements:
- Experience in the catering, event management, or hospitality industry is a plus.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
