Recently creator and head mentor at Rollmodels Academy, launching on 1st December 2015 which is designed and developed to create professional models… In his perspective, Carl never had the knowledge to become a model and so now he wants to give back the knowledge and understanding built up over the last 14 years of experience and pass that on to new models and talents to make their chance of success more than just a possibility
