About the Job – Sales & Booking Manager (Luxury Car Rental & VIP Services)
This role is ideal for individuals who want to grow in the luxury service industry, especially within luxury car rental KL, VIP chauffeur services, event transportation, and private jet bookings.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle all client bookings and enquiries for luxury vehicles, VIP transportation, chauffeur-driven services, and private jet arrangements.
- Communicate with VIP clients, partners and suppliers to ensure smooth delivery of luxury transportation services.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets by promoting premium services such as luxury MPV rental, corporate car hire, and VVIP airport transfers.
- Manage social media marketing, including posting content, replying to messages, and generating new customer leads.
- Maintain high-level customer service, responding quickly and professionally to every enquiry.
Requirements
