1) Project Coordinator (Close Deals \u2022 Manage Clients \u2022 Vendors \u2022 Projects)<\/strong><\/h4>\nKey Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n- Collect full event requirements from clients and prepare quotations, proposals & invoices.<\/li>\n
- Communicate professionally to secure confirmations & close deals.<\/li>\n
- Request, compare & confirm vendor quotations (AV, lighting, performers, venues, talents).<\/li>\n
- Coordinate performers, dancers, models, talents & show crews.<\/li>\n
- Create run-downs, schedules, production sheets, checklists & floor plans.<\/li>\n
- Manage project documentation: proposals, invoices, budgets, updates, vendor files.<\/li>\n
- Organise Google Drive folders, keep all documents structured and updated.<\/li>\n
- Attend important meetings with clients, vendors or partners when required.<\/li>\n
- Support on-site event execution (rehearsals, backstage, show flow).<\/li>\n
- Submit all tasks on time and ensure all deliverables are completed professionally.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

- Manage social media updates (FB, IG, TikTok) \u2014 posting, engagement & content curation.<\/li>\n
- Create marketing materials: posters, visuals, basic video edits & event highlight clips.<\/li>\n
- Handle offline marketing tasks (flyers, partnerships, community outreach, promotions).<\/li>\n
- Support marketing submissions for clients: decks, presentations, proposal slides.<\/li>\n
- Optimise SEO keywords targeting Kuala Lumpur & Klang Valley.<\/li>\n
- Coordinate with project & event teams for content capture & campaign timing.<\/li>\n
