Project Coordinator – Halal Food Wholesale & Export (Kuala Lumpur & Klang Valley)

SP Models Food is Malaysia’s trusted Halal food wholesale and export division under SP Models Global.
We supply and export frozen food, ready-to-eat meals, dry goods, canned food, snacks and ethnic Halal products
to buyers across Malaysia and international markets.
We are expanding in Kuala Lumpur and Klang Valley and seeking a responsible, organised and independent
Project Coordinator to support our wholesale and export operations.

Position Overview

Full-time • Hybrid (70% online, 30% on-site) • High commission-based income

1. Client Coordination & Order Handling

  • Manage enquiries from wholesalers, retailers and international buyers
  • Collect product requirements, specifications and order details
  • Prepare quotations, proforma invoices and commercial invoices
  • Submit documents professionally and follow up until confirmation
  • Ensure all client submissions are accurate and complete

2. Supplier & Vendor Coordination

  • Request wholesale pricing and availability from suppliers
  • Compare quotations and production capacity
  • Coordinate Halal certification requirements and QC standards
  • Maintain updated supplier lists and product availability sheets

3. Export Documentation & Logistics Support

  • Prepare packing lists, invoices and export documentation
  • Coordinate with cold-chain logistics and freight forwarders
  • Monitor stock readiness, packaging and shipment progress
  • Update clients with status reports

4. Internal Administration & Project Tracking

  • Organise project files in Google Drive
  • Maintain updated tracking sheets
  • Prepare weekly progress updates
  • Ensure accuracy of quotations, invoices and supporting files

5. Simple Marketing & Content Support

  • Assist with basic visuals for product decks
  • Help update catalogues and price sheets
  • Support simple social media or product visuals when required

Candidate Requirements

  • Strong communication in Malay and English
  • Organised and detail-oriented
  • Independent, disciplined and self-motivated
  • Comfortable coordinating clients and suppliers
  • Experience in F&B, wholesale, logistics or export is an advantage
  • Fresh graduates are welcomed

Earnings

This position offers very high commission-based earnings depending on project volume
and performance. No income limit.
