Client Coordination &#038; Order Handling<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Manage enquiries from wholesalers, retailers and international buyers<\/li>\n<li>Collect product requirements, specifications and order details<\/li>\n<li>Prepare quotations, proforma invoices and commercial invoices<\/li>\n<li>Submit documents professionally and follow up until confirmation<\/li>\n<li>Ensure all client submissions are accurate and complete<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 style=\"color:#ff007f; margin-top:20px;\">2. Supplier &#038; Vendor Coordination<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Request wholesale pricing and availability from suppliers<\/li>\n<li>Compare quotations and production capacity<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate Halal certification requirements and QC standards<\/li>\n<li>Maintain updated supplier lists and product availability sheets<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 style=\"color:#ff007f; margin-top:20px;\">3. Export Documentation &#038; Logistics Support<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Prepare packing lists, invoices and export documentation<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate with cold-chain logistics and freight forwarders<\/li>\n<li>Monitor stock readiness, packaging and shipment progress<\/li>\n<li>Update clients with status reports<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 style=\"color:#ff007f; margin-top:20px;\">4.
