Bahan-bahan:
  • 7g agar-agar serbuk (sila pastikan gunakan jenama cap burung layang-layang. Sebab kegedikkan dadih bergantung hidup pada serbuk agar-agar jenama ini)
  • 10 cawan air
  • 1 tin susu cair (400ml)
  • 400g coffeemate (1 paket  *jika coffemate tersebut ada bonus/extra 50g etc, just masuk aje semua)
  • 1 1/2 cawan gula (bisa tambah atau kurangkan. Janganlah taat sangat)
  • Perasa kesukaan (keladi/coklat/mangga/strawberi)
  • 1 keping asam gelugur (jangan panik- sayapun tak pasti apa fungsinya. Tapi sebab  dalam resepi asal ada, jadi saya insan yang telus so boh pi la)
Cara-cara:
  • Didihkan air. Masukkan serbuk agar-agar sedikit demi sedikit. Pastikan agar-agar larut sepenuhnya.
  • Masukkan gula dan asam keping. Kacau hingga gula hancur.
  • Masukkan susu cair. Biarkan mendidih sebentar.
  • Masukkan coffemate sedikit demi sedikit. Pastikan tidak berketul-ketul.
  • Apabila telah mendidih dan timbul buih-buih kecil, tutup api dan keluarkan asam keping.
