Client & Booking Management<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Manage client enquiries, project briefs & talent bookings
\u2022 Match talents to client requirements with accuracy
\u2022 Prepare & submit talent selections for campaigns and shoots<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Talent & Model Career Management<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Guide models and talents through their career development
\u2022 Assist with portfolio, compcard and casting video readiness
\u2022 Maintain talent profiles and communicate project needs<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Production & Project Coordination<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Coordinate photoshoots, video shoots and commercial productions
\u2022 Manage photographers, videographers, editors & studios
\u2022 Ensure timelines, deliverables and expectations are met<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Vendor & Logistics Coordination<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Handle bookings for studios, venues, wardrobe teams and suppliers
\u2022 Ensure smooth workflow from start to finish for all projects<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Administrative Support<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Manage basic documentation: quotations, bookings, briefs, schedules
