Your Key Responsibilities
As our Sales & Booking Manager, you will:
- Manage and coordinate client bookings for events and catering
- Handle client inquiries via WhatsApp, phone calls, email, and social media
- Collaborate with kitchen & delivery teams for seamless execution
- Develop and execute creative sales strategies to boost bookings
- Maintain long-term client relationships & vendor coordination
- Create engaging content and assist in digital marketing efforts
Who We’re Looking For
To be successful in this role, you should be:
- Passionate about sales, food, and event management
- Confident and target-driven
- Excellent in communication & customer service
- Able to work independently and within a team
- Experienced in sales or hospitality (advantage, but not required)
