Your Key Responsibilities

As our Sales & Booking Manager, you will:

  • Manage and coordinate client bookings for events and catering
  • Handle client inquiries via WhatsApp, phone calls, email, and social media
  • Collaborate with kitchen & delivery teams for seamless execution
  • Develop and execute creative sales strategies to boost bookings
  • Maintain long-term client relationships & vendor coordination
  • Create engaging content and assist in digital marketing efforts

Who We’re Looking For

To be successful in this role, you should be:

  • Passionate about sales, food, and event management
  • Confident and target-driven
  • Excellent in communication & customer service
  • Able to work independently and within a team
  • Experienced in sales or hospitality (advantage, but not required)
