Your Key Responsibilities

As our Sales & Booking Manager, you will:

  • Manage and coordinate client bookings for events and catering
  • Handle client inquiries via WhatsApp, phone calls, email, and social media
  • Collaborate with kitchen & delivery teams for seamless execution
  • Develop and execute creative sales strategies to boost bookings
  • Maintain long-term client relationships & vendor coordination
  • Create engaging content and assist in digital marketing efforts
