RULES AND REGULATIONS

1 Contestant must be of good health and fit to take part in all the activities planned by the organizers.

2 Contestant must not have any criminal record or convicted of any crime.

3 By entering the competition, contestants understand that they:
• may be disqualified if they fail to abide by any instructions given to them or terms and conditions determined by the organiser, co-organisers, employees, and/or its agents from time to time or in the event that their participation in the competition is not the best interest of Organiser.
• shall participate in all activities, appearances / engagements scheduled by the organiser, co-organisers, employees, and/or its agents from time to time during the competition, including but not limited to participating in photo shoots.

4 All finalists are required to attend all practices and or any shooting that is required for this event.

5 Contestant must never have nor will he during reign pose for any photography, video or film associated with nudity (exposure of genitals) or pornography. Nor has he ever or is presently involved with any type of employment involving partial or full nudity (exception in such as bodybuilding shows, swimwear ads etc.)

6 Any contestant who is caught in the act of stealing, in possession of illegal drugs, or acting in a manner demeaning to any organiser, co-organisers, employees, and/or its agents will be immediately disqualified and removed from the host event

7 Contestant will permit the organiser, co-organisers, employees, and/or its agents, their licensees or assignees to use the cinematograph films(s) and/or photograph(s) thereof for any publicity or promotion purposes.

8 Contestant understands that organizer, co-organisers, employees, and/or its agents reserve the right to change the dates of the Metro Man Search 2010.

9 The organizers reserve the right to disqualify contestants who unsportsmanlike behaviour or bad attitude. All decisions of the judges are final and irrevocable.

10 Contestant understands that organiser, co-organisers, employees, and/or its agents reserve the right to deny an applicant for whatever reason.

11 Contestant agrees to abide by all rules and regulations of Metro Man Search 2010.

12 These rules and regulations are subject to modification, as needed, without prior notice. Organiser, co-organisers, employees, and/or its agents reserve the right to make said modifications as its sole discretion.

1. Marketing Manager

Salary Offered: RM 8,000

Main Job Description:-
– Find Clients, either via Offline / Online Sales & Marketing and close deals.
– Manage Clients, A to Z, until the jobs done successfully / full payment received.
– Manage related documents between companies and clients/models.
– Scout the potential and profitable models for company.
– Manage casting if necessary.
– Manage models in casting/shooting/event location.

Job Status: These positions will begin as temporary roles OR one month trial upon success will become permanent positions.

2. Office Manager

Salary Offered: RM2,000 per month

Main Requirements:-
– Proficient in spoken and written English
– Minimum Diploma with minimum 2 years experience in related field includes account, secretarial and administration duties.
– Have strong interpersonal skills & self motivated
– Possess good management and leadership qualities
– Able to work independently, under pressure either in team or alone.
– Friendly, energetic, patient, independent and helpful.
– Innovative, hardworking & able to submit jobs on time.
– Able to make wise decision promptly & effectively or efficiently.
– Experienced Secretaries are encouraged to apply
– Competitive remuneration will commensurate with experience.

Main Job Description:-
– Any job relates to office, HR, accounts, legal, secretarial & customer service.
– Manage all documents needed and filing systems.

Salary Offered: RM 1,500 per month

Main Requirements:-
– Diploma/Degree in IT/Advertising/Media/Design/Creative Multimedia/Web Design or equivalent.
– At least 1 year related experience.
– Creative, innovative and possessive.
– Good in English in both spoken & written.
– Have strong interpersonal skills & self motivated.
– Able to work independently, under pressure either in team or alone.
– Friendly, wise, energetic, patient, independent and helpful.
– Fast learner, hardworking & able to submit jobs on time or meet project deadline.
– Fresh graduated are encouraged to apply.

Main Job Description:-
– Any job relates to internet, multimedia & design, includes Online Sales & Marketing.
– Provide anything needed by bookers or companies, includes comcards, photos, videos, presentation files, etc.
– Increase the company sales by using internet and effective design methods.
