Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate client bookings for herb nursery visits, herbal landscape projects, and product orders, ensuring seamless and efficient service.
- Provide personalized service to address client inquiries and requests with professionalism and care.
Sales Development & Performance
- Strategize and implement sales initiatives to achieve and surpass monthly targets, driving growth for both nursery services and herb product lines.
- Foster partnerships with key stakeholders to support daily operations and build lasting client relationships.
Social Media & Marketing Management
- Manage social media platforms to showcase herb nursery offerings, landscape designs, and product benefits through engaging campaigns.
- Plan and execute creative marketing initiatives to enhance brand visibility and drive client engagement.
Customer Engagement
- Respond promptly to client inquiries via all communication channels, ensuring exceptional customer service.
- Educate clients on the benefits of herbs, sustainable practices, and how to incorporate herbs into their landscapes and daily lives.

Requirements
