Key Responsibilities:
- Manage model bookings and inquiries, ensuring smooth and efficient operations for photoshoots, catwalks, fashion shows, and events.
- Oversee and coordinate shooting schedules, photography, videography, and influencer collaborations to ensure timely execution.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, models, photographers, influencers, and other key stakeholders to support the agency’s operations.
- Develop strategies to achieve and exceed monthly sales targets, managing advertising and promotional campaigns.
- Ensure smooth execution of events, from fashion shows to full advertising projects, by working closely with the production and creative teams.
Requirements:
- Experience in the modeling, event management, or entertainment industry is a plus.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.

- High attention to detail, especially in managing multiple events and model schedules.
