Position: 1) Entertainment Booker + Events Coordinator

Jobs & Tasks:

• Manage clients, vendors & bookings.
• Manage our artist / bands / emcees / dancers career.
• Manage / coordinate full events, A to Z, including venues booking, licences, equipment, etc.
• Blogs writing & social media update.
• Assist in sales & marketing.

Requirements:

• Good Public Relation Skills, with Fluent English Speaking Language.
• Own a big passion with music, entertainment, events management and challenging things.
• Punctual, positive thinking, able to submit tasks on-time, able to go outstation and work independently.
• Flexible working hours.
• Willing to work extra-hours to finish up the urgent projects.
• Minimum 2 years experienced is required. Extended Training will be provided.

Salary: Very High Based Commission

Position: 2) Admin Assistant

Jobs & Tasks:

• Manage all things related to administration including HR, secretarial, and accounts.
• Manage vendors, databases, blogs and pricing.
• Assist in projects management.

Requirements:

• Basic Public Relation Skills, with English & Malay Speaking and Writing.
• Punctual & able to submit tasks on-time.
• Training will be provided.

Salary: Basic Salary + Allowances.
