  1. – physical excersice, get better physical shape.
  2. – no cafeine, no dairy products, no salty diet.
  3. – no smoking.
  4. – carry a water bottle around, drink lots of water.
  5. – no sing if fever.
  6. – get more vitamins & supplements.
  7. – dont talk to much, save voice.
  8. – get enough sleep.
  9. – dont shout and scream.
  10. – dont speak all day before gigs.
  11. – warm up voice before rehearsal & show.
  12. – sing all the time, in car, shower, etc.
  13. – build stamina in rehearsal, excersice + sing other song, increase slowly.
  14. – practise should be by yourself.
  15. – isolate to work on a difficult part, dont sing whole song over and over.
  16. – start with the most difficult song first.
  17. – rest if voice is tired.
