Open Positions

1) Project Coordinator (Close Deals • Manage Clients • Vendors • Projects)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect full event requirements from clients and prepare quotations, proposals & invoices.
  • Communicate professionally to secure confirmations & close deals.
  • Request, compare & confirm vendor quotations (AV, lighting, performers, venues, talents).
  • Coordinate performers, dancers, models, talents & show crews.
  • Create run-downs, schedules, production sheets, checklists & floor plans.
  • Manage project documentation: proposals, invoices, budgets, updates, vendor files.
  • Organise Google Drive folders, keep all documents structured and updated.
  • Attend important meetings with clients, vendors or partners when required.
  • Support on-site event execution (rehearsals, backstage, show flow).
  • Submit all tasks on time and ensure all deliverables are completed professionally.

What We Need:

  • Excellent communication with clients & vendors.
  • Highly organised, disciplined, self-motivated & independent.
  • Enjoys managing multiple projects at once.
  • Experience in events, entertainment or operations is an advantage.

Compensation: Very high commission-based (RM15,000++ achievable depending on performance).

2) Marketing Executive (Online + Offline • Social Media • Video Editing • Events Support)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan & execute digital marketing campaigns for events, shows & entertainment projects.
  • Manage social media updates (FB, IG, TikTok) — posting, engagement & content curation.
  • Create marketing materials: posters, visuals, basic video edits & event highlight clips.
  • Handle offline marketing tasks (flyers, partnerships, community outreach, promotions).
  • Support marketing submissions for clients: decks, presentations, proposal slides.
  • Optimise SEO keywords targeting Kuala Lumpur & Klang Valley.
  • Coordinate with project & event teams for content capture & campaign timing.
  • Track performance analytics to achieve marketing targets.

What We Need:

  • Creative, disciplined, independent & result-driven.
  • Strong understanding of social media trends, ads & content creation.
  • Basic editing skills (Canva, CapCut or similar).
  • Experience in marketing, media, content or communications preferred.

Compensation: Competitive + incentives based on performance.

3) Admin Assistant (Admin • Documentations • HR • Secretarial Support)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle administrative tasks, scheduling, HR coordination & internal communication.
  • Maintain organised client records, talent files & vendor documentation.
  • Prepare agreements, contracts, invoices, receipts & event documents.
  • Assist management with day-to-day administrative requirements.
  • Ensure timely submission of all documents, updates and follow-ups.
  • Coordinate basic HR tasks (shortlisting, arranging interviews, updating records).
  • Support company operations with disciplined, structured workflow.

What We Need:

  • Strong organisational & administrative skills.
  • Disciplined, responsible, self-motivated & able to submit tasks on time.
  • Proficient in English & Malay.
