Job Responsibilities:
- Manage client bookings and ensure smooth transactions for events and entertainment services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and suppliers to drive business success.
- Develop & execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Oversee social media platforms, create marketing campaigns, and engage with clients for brand visibility.
- Respond to client inquiries across multiple channels to ensure excellent customer service.
- Submit invoices, quotations, and other required documentation in a timely and professional manner to meet client expectations and support smooth operations.
- Recruit, negotiate with, and manage new vendors to tailor services that meet the unique needs of each client.
Requirements:
- Experience in Sales, Customer Service, or Business Management is a plus
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
