Key Responsibilities
- Manage client bookings, sales inquiries, and project coordination for entertainment and event services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and suppliers to drive revenue growth.
- Develop and execute marketing and sales strategies to achieve and exceed monthly targets.
- Oversee social media and digital campaigns to strengthen brand visibility and client engagement.
- Respond promptly to client inquiries across email, WhatsApp, and other platforms.
- Prepare and submit invoices, quotations, and contracts in a professional and timely manner.
- Recruit, negotiate, and manage vendors and partners to deliver customized event solutions.
Requirements
- Experience in sales, customer service, business management, or marketing is an advantage.
