We are hiring a dedicated and motivated Sales and Booking Manager to handle client bookings, coordinate events, and grow our expanding entertainment and marketing network.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage client bookings, quotations, and contracts for entertainment projects and corporate events in Kuala Lumpur, Shah Alam, Petaling Jaya, Subang Jaya, Bangsar, Cheras, Ampang, and nearby Klang Valley areas.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and event partners to ensure outstanding service and repeat business.
- Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies that generate new business leads and meet monthly revenue goals.
- Oversee digital marketing campaigns and social media advertising to promote entertainment services and job openings across Malaysia.
- Respond promptly to client inquiries through email, WhatsApp, and social channels to ensure top-quality customer service.
- Prepare invoices, proposals, and reports with high professionalism and accuracy.
- Recruit, negotiate with, and coordinate new vendors, performers, and talent for major entertainment projects.
Requirements
- Experience in sales, marketing, customer service, or business management preferred.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills in English and Malay.
- Self-driven and able to work independently or within a professional team.
- Passionate about event management, marketing, and entertainment services.
- Organized and capable of managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
