Position: Talent & Models Booker (15 Vacancies)

The Booker role is one of the most important positions in SP Models Casting — responsible for managing clients, bookings, talent careers, production coordination and vendor relationships.

This position is suitable for disciplined individuals who can perform under pressure, meet deadlines and enjoy fast-paced project environments.

Job Responsibilities

Client & Booking Management

• Manage client enquiries, project briefs & talent bookings
• Match talents to client requirements with accuracy
• Prepare & submit talent selections for campaigns and shoots

Talent & Model Career Management

• Guide models and talents through their career development
• Assist with portfolio, compcard and casting video readiness
• Maintain talent profiles and communicate project needs

Production & Project Coordination

• Coordinate photoshoots, video shoots and commercial productions
• Manage photographers, videographers, editors & studios
• Ensure timelines, deliverables and expectations are met

Vendor & Logistics Coordination

• Handle bookings for studios, venues, wardrobe teams and suppliers
• Ensure smooth workflow from start to finish for all projects

Administrative Support

• Manage basic documentation: quotations, bookings, briefs, schedules
• Keep talent database updated and organised

Requirements

We are looking for individuals who are:

• Disciplined and reliable
• Able to submit tasks on time
• Comfortable working under pressure
• Good communication skills & positive personality
• Fluent in English (Malay is an advantage)
• Passionate about modeling, casting, production or fashion
• Able to handle multiple tasks efficiently

• Able to work flexible hours when needed
• Fresh graduates welcome — full training provided
• Background in modeling, photography, videography or editing is a bonus
