Talents Booker & Projects Manager

INCOME: RM10,000 – RM25,000+ / MONTH

The Opportunity: We are searching for an Agency Architect—a high-performance professional to bridge the gap between global brands and elite talent. We seek an Independent Strategist who operates with absolute integrity and flawless punctuality.

Project Mastery

  • Oversee 360° logistics for high-value campaigns (A-Z).
  • Manage photography, videography, and influencer collaborations.
  • Coordinate catwalks, fashion shows, and commercial advertising.
  • Handle venue bookings, casting, and equipment logistics.

Talent Synergy

  • Manage model bookings, inquiries, and career development.
  • Contract negotiation and VVIP client management.
  • Direct international rosters with clockwork efficiency.
  • Maintain brand integrity via social media & blog updates.
Requirements: Fluent English (Malay or Mandarin is a plus), strong negotiation skills, self-driven, and able to work independently. Must be punctual, creative, and willing to travel outstation or work extra hours for urgent projects.
