Key Responsibilities

• Client & Project Management: Manage client bookings, quotations, and contracts for entertainment projects and corporate events across Kuala Lumpur, Shah Alam, Petaling Jaya, and the Klang Valley.
• Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales strategies to generate new business leads and consistently exceed monthly revenue targets.
• Relationship Building: Maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and partners to ensure repeat business and high-quality service delivery.
• Digital Marketing: Oversee digital marketing campaigns and social media advertising to strengthen brand visibility and client engagement.
• Client Relations: Respond promptly to inquiries via email, WhatsApp, and social platforms.
• Operations: Prepare professional invoices, proposals, and contracts while coordinating talent and vendors for large-scale events.

Requirements & Personal Qualities

• Experience: Experience in sales, marketing, or customer service is an advantage, but novices/fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply.
• Communication: Exceptional presentation, negotiation, and communication skills in English and Malay.
• Mindset: Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently or in a professional team.
• Passion: A genuine interest in event management, entertainment, and marketing results.
