SP Models Entertainment — the high-end event production and entertainment division of SP Models Global — is expanding across Kuala Lumpur and Klang Valley. We are opening 15 full-time positions for disciplined, confident and highly organized individuals to join our event coordination team.

SP Models Entertainment manages corporate events, fashion shows, gala nights, concerts, celebrity showcases, luxury brand launches and large-scale entertainment productions. Every project requires fast coordination, proper documentation and confident communication — and this role ensures everything is executed professionally.

Position: Full-Time Project Coordinator – Entertainment Division

(15 Vacancies Available)

A full-time position designed for candidates who can manage clients, coordinate vendors, handle documentation, organize timelines and support event operations from start to finish.

Work Mode Structure:

  • 70% online (work from home)
  • 30% on-site (meetings, rehearsals, vendor briefings, productions & event day execution)

Key Operational Responsibilities

1. Client Requirements & Submissions

  • • Gather complete details for each event
  • • Prepare quotations, invoices, budgets and proposal decks
  • • Submit documents professionally and on time
  • • Follow up until confirmation is secured
  • • Keep all project files complete, separated and organised

2. Vendor & Talent Coordination

  • • Request and compare quotations
  • • Confirm availability, pricing and technical requirements
  • • Coordinate performers, dancers, entertainers, models and crew
  • • Maintain updated vendor and talent records
  • • Ensure all details are correct and aligned with project needs

3. Event Planning, Production & On-Site Support

  • • Prepare run-downs, schedules, checklists and floor plans
  • • Support rehearsals, talent calls and pre-event preparations
  • • Attend key meetings when necessary
  • • Assist backstage, manage show flow and ensure smooth execution on event days

4. Documentation, Invoicing & Operations Management

  • • Organize Google Drive folders and files properly
  • • Prepare progress updates, status reports and follow-up notes
  • • Manage multiple active projects with structured tracking
  • Prepare and submit client invoices, update payment status
  • • Coordinate vendor invoice requirements
  • • Ensure all quotations, invoices, proposals and budgets are accurate and ready

5. Social Media & Simple Editing Support

  • • Create simple visuals for proposals or previews
  • • Edit basic photos or short videos when required
  • • Support simple event-related content updates

Who We’re Looking For

  • • Confident speaking to clients, vendors and talents
  • • Highly organized, focused and responsible
  • • Strong attention to detail
  • • Able to work independently
  • • Able to manage multiple projects
  • • Comfortable with 70% online + 30% on-site work
  • • Experience in events, entertainment, operations or client servicing is a strong advantage
  • • Disciplined fresh graduates may apply

Earnings & Compensation

This is a very high commission-based full-time role. Your overall income increases dynamically based on individual performance and ongoing event flow.

Many active coordinators achieve RM15,000++ monthly, depending on overall project load and your direct execution results.

There is no earning limit built into this structure.
